Taste the difference
Always fresh. Our matcha is never older than six months. Sourced directly from farms in Shizuoka, Japan.
Vibrant green. The shading process boosts chlorophyll levels, giving the leaves their deep colour and high concentration of antioxidants and L-theanine.
Smooth and full-bodied. A natural sweetness with enough body to stand up to milk. No bitterness, no graininess, just clean matcha flavour.

Why Premium Matcha?
Premium is our everyday matcha, made for lattes and daily drinking. It uses first and second flush leaves from Shizuoka for a fuller, bolder flavour that holds its taste when mixed with milk. If you prefer traditional matcha whisked with water only, try our Ceremonial Matcha instead.
How much caffeine is in one serving?
½ teaspoon (1g) contains around 35mg of caffeine. 1 teaspoon (2g) contains around 70mg. For reference, a cup of coffee has roughly 95mg.
Can I switch from coffee to matcha?
Yes. Matcha contains caffeine paired with L-theanine, which slows the release of energy. The result is calm, focused energy for 4–6 hours without the jitters or crash that coffee often brings. Many of our customers switched from coffee and never looked back.
What does Premium Matcha taste like?
Smooth and full-bodied with a natural sweetness and a slightly bolder character than our Ceremonial Matcha. It's designed to hold its flavour when mixed with milk, making it ideal for lattes. On its own with water, it has a rounder, earthier taste.
How long does it last?
Check the expiry date on your tin. Once opened, we recommend using it within one month. Over time the colour may fade and the flavour will become less vibrant.
How is Premium different from Ceremonial?
Premium uses first and second flush leaves and is designed for everyday use, especially lattes. Ceremonial uses only first flush leaves and is best enjoyed whisked with water — it has a lighter, more delicate flavour. Both are high quality, just made for different moments.
