Unser Premium stammt aus Shizuoka, Japans größter Teeregion. Blätter der ersten und zweiten Ernte geben ihm einen vollen, kräftigen Geschmack, der sich auch mit Milch nicht versteckt. Ohne Zuckerzusatz, ohne Zusätze. Einfach 100% japanisches Grünteepulver.
Heiß aufgeschlagen, als Iced Matcha oder in deinem Morgenlatte: der Matcha, auf den du dich jeden Tag freuen kannst.

Gib 1 Teelöffel (2g) Matcha in eine Tasse. 60ml heißes Wasser (70–80°C, nie kochend) dazugeben und sanft aufschlagen oder aufschäumen. Für einen Latte mit 200ml deiner Lieblingsmilch auffüllen. Für einen Iced Matcha über Eis gießen.

Luftdicht verschlossen, kühl und dunkel lagern. Nach dem Öffnen am besten in den Kühlschrank stellen und innerhalb eines Monats verbrauchen. So bleiben Geschmack und Farbe am längsten frisch.

Schmeck den Unterschied
Immer frisch. Unser Matcha ist nie älter als sechs Monate. Direkt von Höfen in Shizuoka, Japan.
Leuchtend grün. Durch die Beschattung steigt der Chlorophyllgehalt in den Blättern. Das sorgt für die intensive Farbe und eine besonders hohe Konzentration an Antioxidantien und L-Theanin.
Sanft und vollmundig. Natürliche Süße mit genug Körper, um sich gegen Milch zu behaupten. Keine Bitterkeit, keine Körnigkeit. Einfach reiner Matcha-Geschmack.

Warum Premium Matcha?
Premium ist unser Alltags-Matcha. Blätter der ersten und zweiten Ernte aus Shizuoka geben ihm einen vollen, kräftigen Geschmack, der auch mit Milch richtig gut funktioniert. Wenn du Matcha lieber pur mit Wasser trinkst, ist unser Ceremonial Matcha die bessere Wahl.
Wie viel Koffein steckt in einer Portion?
½ Teelöffel (1g) enthält ca. 35mg Koffein. 1 Teelöffel (2g) ca. 70mg. Zum Vergleich: eine Tasse Kaffee liegt bei etwa 95mg.
Kann ich von Kaffee auf Matcha umsteigen?
Klar. Matcha enthält Koffein, aber zusammen mit L-Theanin, das die Wirkung verlangsamt. Das Ergebnis: ruhige, fokussierte Energie über 4–6 Stunden. Kein Zittern, kein Crash. Viele unserer Kunden haben den Wechsel gemacht und trinken seitdem keinen Kaffee mehr.
Wie schmeckt Premium Matcha?
Sanft und vollmundig, mit natürlicher Süße und etwas mehr Körper als unser Ceremonial. Der Geschmack hält sich auch mit Milch, was ihn ideal für Lattes macht. Pur mit Wasser schmeckt er runder und erdiger.
Wie lange hält er sich?
Das Ablaufdatum steht auf der Dose. Nach dem Öffnen am besten innerhalb eines Monats aufbrauchen. Mit der Zeit verliert er an Farbe und Geschmack.
Was ist der Unterschied zwischen Premium und Ceremonial?
Premium ist für den Alltag gemacht, besonders für Lattes. Er verwendet Blätter der ersten und zweiten Ernte und hat einen kräftigeren Geschmack. Ceremonial verwendet nur Blätter der ersten Ernte, schmeckt feiner und leichter und ist am besten pur mit Wasser. Beides ist hochwertig, nur für unterschiedliche Momente.

The blend of Yabukita and Samidori is incredibly well balanced. It has plenty of flavor and character, yet it’s smooth, naturally sweet, and not bitter or astringent. I’ve tried it with different types of milk, and it’s delicious every time without needing any sugar or syrup.

The matcha is good overall but it doesn’t froth up super easily and small chunks stay at the bottom of the cup, also the colour is not like a suuuper vibrant green

Ich bin wirklich positiv überrascht vom Premium Matcha von Matcha Union. Die Farbe ist intensiv grün, der Duft frisch und angenehm, und geschmacklich ist er genau das, was ich mir von gutem Matcha wünsche: mild, fein, leicht natürlich süßlich und überhaupt nicht bitter.
Besonders gut gefällt mir, dass er sich sehr schön aufschäumen lässt und sowohl pur als klassischer Matcha als auch mit Milch als Matcha Latte richtig gut schmeckt. Man merkt sofort, dass die Qualität deutlich über dem liegt, was man oft im Supermarkt bekommt.
Für mich ist er inzwischen ein fester Bestandteil meiner Morgenroutine geworden. Er gibt mir einen klaren, ruhigen Energieschub, ohne dieses nervöse Kaffee-Gefühl. Auch die Verpackung wirkt hochwertig und passt gut zum Produkt.
