🧊 You’ll Need:

  • Ice cubes
  • A splash of vanilla syrup
  • A tiny pinch of sea salt
  • Milk of choice (oat, almond, dairy — your call)
  • 1 tsp premium matcha powder @matchaunion
  • 60 ml warm water (about 75–80°C / 170°F)

🌊 Method:

1️⃣ Fill your glass
Start with a handful of ice.

2️⃣ Add flavour
Pour in a splash of vanilla syrup and just a tiny pinch of sea salt.

3️⃣ Pour the milk
Top it up with your favourite cold milk.

4️⃣ Whisk the matcha
In a small bowl, whisk matcha with warm water until smooth and frothy.

5️⃣ Finish it off
Pour the matcha over the milk, give it a swirl, and sip away.
