Pink Himalayan Salted Maple Matcha Latte

Sweet, salty, and ultra-smooth — this Pink Himalayan Salted Maple Matcha Latte is a cozy twist with a mineral-rich edge. The combo of maple syrup and pink Himalayan salt balances beautifully with creamy milk and earthy matcha, creating a layered sip that’s sweet, savory, and totally satisfying.


You’ll Need:

  • Ice cubes
  • Maple syrup (1–2 tsp or to taste)
  • A pinch of pink Himalayan salt
  • ¾ cup milk of choice (oat, almond, dairy — all work!)
  • 1 tsp ceremonial matcha powder @matchaunion
  • ¼ cup warm water (70–80°C / 160–175°F)

Method:

1️⃣ Fill your glass with ice.
2️⃣ Drizzle in maple syrup and add a pinch of pink Himalayan salt over the ice.
3️⃣ Pour in your milk of choice.
4️⃣ In a separate bowl, whisk matcha powder with warm water until frothy and smooth.
