🍳 Method:

1️⃣ Make the crêpe batter
Melt the butter, then whisk it together with milk, flour, eggs, salt, and matcha until smooth. Cover and chill for 1 hour.

2️⃣ Whip the cream
Beat the eggs, egg yolk, and sugar until pale and fluffy. Fold in mascarpone and matcha until smooth. Chill for 1 hour.

3️⃣ Cook your crêpes
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook thin crêpes one at a time. Let them cool completely.

4️⃣ Layer your cake
On a serving plate, alternate layers of crêpe, mascarpone cream, and fig slices. Repeat until all crêpes are used.
