🍵 You’ll Need:

- 150g sugar
- 700g mascarpone

🍳 Method:
1️⃣ Make the crêpe batter
Melt the butter, then whisk it together with milk, flour, eggs, salt, and matcha until smooth. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
