Hibiscus Coconut Matcha Latte

Ingredients (1 serving)
- 1 cup hibiscus tea, brewed and cooled
- ½ cup coconut milk (chilled)
- 1 tsp ceremonial matcha powder @matchaunion
- 50–60 ml warm water (70–80°C / 160–175°F)
- Ice cubes
Method
1️⃣ Brew & cool
Steep your favorite hibiscus tea until richly pink. Let it cool completely.
2️⃣ Layer it up
Fill your glass with ice cubes. Pour in the cooled hibiscus tea until halfway.
3️⃣ Add coconut milk
Slowly pour chilled coconut milk over the tea. It will gently float and swirl for that dreamy layered effect.
4️⃣ Top with matcha
Whisk matcha powder with warm water until smooth and frothy. Carefully pour it over the back of a spoon to float it on top of the coconut milk.
