Blueberry Matcha Little Heart Pralines

Blueberry Matcha Little Heart Pralines

The cutest summer treat — fruity, creamy, and matcha-infused with only 4 simple ingredients. These heart-shaped bites are as fun to make as they are to eat — perfect for cooling off, gifting, or just treating yourself to a little love in snack form.

Ingredients (makes ~10–12 bites)

  • Fresh blueberries (a few per mold)
  • ~150g white chocolate
  • 1 tsp premium matcha powder @matchaunion
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother melting)

Method

1️⃣ Add berries to the mold
Place 2–3 blueberries into each cavity of a silicone ice cube tray — heart-shaped molds make them extra sweet!

2️⃣ Make the base layer
Melt half of the white chocolate with coconut oil until smooth.
Pour just enough to cover the berries in each mold.

3️⃣ Make the matcha layer
Stir matcha powder into the remaining melted white chocolate until evenly combined.
Pour this as the second layer on top of the white chocolate in the molds.

4️⃣ Chill until firm
Place in the fridge or freezer until completely set (about 20–30 mins).

5️⃣ Pop & enjoy
Gently remove from the molds and store chilled until ready to serve.

Tips & Variations

🍓 Try with chopped strawberries or raspberries
🥥 Sprinkle in toasted coconut flakes for crunch
🌿 Add a pinch of vanilla bean or lemon zest to the chocolate for a flavor boost
