Pomegranate Matcha Clusters
A refreshing, crunchy, sweet–tart treat with creamy yogurt, juicy pomegranate, and silky matcha white chocolate.

🌿 You’ll Need:
- Pomegranate seeds
- Greek yogurt
- White chocolate
- 1 tsp premium matcha powder @matchaunion
❄️ Method:
1️⃣ Mix the base
Stir pomegranate seeds into Greek yogurt.
2️⃣ Form clusters
Spoon dollops of the mixture onto a parchment-lined tray using a tablespoon.
3️⃣ Freeze
Place the tray in the freezer and chill until fully set.
4️⃣ Make matcha chocolate
Melt white chocolate and stir in the matcha powder until smooth and green.
5️⃣ Coat the clusters
Dip each frozen cluster into the matcha chocolate, coating all sides.
6️⃣ Decorate & freeze again
Set them back on parchment. Add a few extra pomegranate seeds on top for texture and color. Freeze until firm.
7️⃣ Enjoy!
