🌿 You’ll Need:
- 70 ml heavy cream
- 1 tbsp Biscoff spread
- 1 tsp coconut blossom sugar (or brown sugar)
- Milk of your choice (oat, almond, dairy — your fave)
- 1 tsp premium matcha powder @matchaunion (whisked with 60 ml warm water)
- Ice cubes
- 1 Lotus Biscoff cookie (for garnish... or snacking)
🍵 Method:
1️⃣ Make the Biscoff cream
Whip heavy cream, Biscoff spread, and sugar together until soft and dreamy.
2️⃣ Fill your glass
Add ice cubes to a tall glass.
