🌸 You’ll Need:
For the Lychee Syrup:
- 1 cup lychees (peeled & pitted)
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
For the Latte:
- 1–2 tbsp lychee syrup
- Milk of choice
- Ice cubes
- 1 tsp premium matcha powder @matchaunion (whisked with 60 ml warm water)
✨ Method:
Make the Lychee Syrup:
1️⃣ Crush & combine
Lightly crush the lychees and add them to a saucepan with water and sugar.
2️⃣ Simmer
Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce and simmer gently for about 10 minutes.
3️⃣ Cool & strain
Remove from heat, let cool completely, then strain to remove solids.
4️⃣ Store
Transfer to a bottle and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
Make the Lychee Matcha Latte:
1️⃣ Fill a glass with ice cubes.
2️⃣ Add 1–2 tbsp lychee syrup.
3️⃣ Pour in your milk of choice.
4️⃣ Gently top with whisked matcha for a layered look.
5️⃣ Stir lightly — or leave it swirled for the aesthetic.

- Garnish with a fresh lychee or dried rose petals
- Add a splash of coconut milk for extra creaminess
