Matcha Latte using a Milk Frother
Quick and easy this method is a new way to create a foamy matcha latte with the option to boost its nutritional properties through an additional add-in.

We like a standing frother. If using a handheld frother follow the steps using a deep bowl/cup.

Tea Scoop
The perfect dose of matcha - every time.

Milk of Choice
Oat: Rich and creamy
Almond: Foamy and nutty
Coconut: sweet but not foamy

Method

Step 1
Pour milk into milk frother until maximum. We love oat milk.
*If your frother has different plug-ins, we recommend using the standard plug rather than the frothing plug as it allows for more milk to be filled into the frother - it will still make you a creamy and frothy matcha! -
Step 2
Add ½ tsp or one scoop of Matcha Union matcha powder to your frother. Add one scoop of Collagen Powder if using.

Step 3
Press the start button to heat and froth your matcha. Wait while the frother its doing its magic. Shorten the wait by writing down three positive affirmations.

Step 4
Once finished, pour into your favourite cup and Embrace Life.
Optional: Sweeten if desired.
